Let me explain! Level milestome badges are always sent to a moderator for approval. When it comes to ordinary badges like contests and discussions, these are auto-claimed once you comment (but in contests, rules violation results to your badge being revoked). But unique badges like these (level milestone badges) need to be sent for investigation. This is to ensure that the screenshots were LEGIT and they followed the rules, because sometimes players post comments for no reason/without screenshots. I hope you understand!
