Lost streak and didn't fail any level?

Lost streak and super multi ball in the middle of two challenge due to 4 in a row failing to load... yall do better seriously

I am sorry to hear that you've lost your Streak and Mega Color Bomb due to 4 in a row event failing to load

We do our best to make sure that all features are accessible and functioning correctly, however, there are things beyond our technical reach which sometimes cause instances like this one. Device updates, and those one-time glitches can cause errors like this. As much as I would love to, we are unable to restore the streak and the Mega Color Bomb. When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
