why does the game keep starting on level 1 I have reached level 2004
Thanks for the update. Just to confirm by any chance do you play on an Apple device and perhaps Facebook connected? If so this seems to be related to enabling the App Tracking Transparency permission as your FB tokens currently have a limited lifespan of 1 hour .
Please try to go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Toggle their preference to on
