I need to change my email address and phone number. Can’t find my profile

I use my iPad to play the game, but it’s very old and I can’t update to the new iOS. So when I have you in settings I can only find my name no option to change my email address or phone number. It was set up by a friend, and I can’t access the account.

hi, I can open the game. I play everyday, but I went to buy some coin. This time I couldn’t, as it asked me for a SMS code. I noted then it was my friends email and their number on the account. How do I change this? The app settings only show my name and privacy, security or logout.
my iPad is never backed up? It’s 2017 iPad.

Hey there and sorry to hear that, just to understand the issue a bit more:

Are you saying that you're able to open up the game, and check your settings, but can't see what email address you have connected to your in-game King account? Is it possible for you to take a screenshot of this to show how it looks like?

You should be able to change the email address in the game, or logout and make a new King account if you'd like to make a new account.

Keep in mind that while progress and gold bars can be transferred, boosters cannot.

Where are the games?
Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
