In Store Purchases?

Anyone having trouble with in store purchasing? I bought the weekly deal for $3.99, and it took from my account, but when I go to play the games nothing is there that I bought. How do I contact support to get my money back, or receive what I bought on the game?

It looks like your app is not connecting to the store properly.

i made a purchase at 11:29pm just a little while ago I bought the $16.99 deal and it took my money and didndidn't give me my stuff can u please look at my account thank u

hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
