Facebook login

OK, my only login option is Facebook, nothing else is coming up. But it's greyed out. Got through a couple of levels on Android phone, then lost Mr Toffee (no quests either unfortunately) closed/opened, restarted phone, nothing. Opening on PC (Windows app), also can't log in, again Facebook only option and greyed out. Progress hasn't pulled through either. Also on PC, won't open at all from Facebook.

Anyone else seeing this, all other apps / websites are OK. including Facebook.

Seems like King doing something, anybody heard anything about that?

Hi @Bricon, let's try some troubleshooting to see if that helps. Clear the history on your device and then make sure that you have the most recent version of the game. I think I got an update yesterday for the game. Then click on this link and continue with the troubleshooting to see if works. You can also uninstall the Facebook app and resinstall it again. Do NOT uninstall the game and that should only be a last resort because you will lose all your lives and boosters. Please let me know if the troubleshooting works for you.

Thanks, sort of stuck on Mr Tofu. Finally have 2 team mates showing, but there aren't any tiles that I have any reasonable chance of getting without using boosters left - 5 ticks (4 by me) and no progress Rom either of them today.

The beer was good, I may have more tomorrow.

Aaaannnndddd about 30 minutes later, it connected, again, it was nothing I did.

that's me done for the day anyway, I've done my 2 tiles, so I can't really move on. Time for a beer.

There have been more issues since Mr Pain-In-The-[...] appeared than I've seen in several years.

Thanks Elsa, but I din't see how the problem can be at my end; this morning it worked as expected on Windows 10 and Android, this evening it works on neither. Nothing else is having problems, only Soda Saga.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
