Collect fish (crafting and using fish works, "Color Bombs + Fish" and "Colored Candy + Fish" also work)
In Kings' game, if the event uses the word 'Collect', you could use colour bomb and colouring candy to multiply the task( fish, stripped candy etc.), or the task created by itself such as due to the candy cascade, starting boosters, win streak, everyone has been counted.
If the event uses the word 'Create', only the one created by you after moving a candy can be counted. eg. the tasks of create fish or stripped candy in "4 in a row", create special candies in "Friends Challenge" of Candy Crush.
PS. In Candy Crush Soda, Soda Cup, only NORMAL yellow whistles have been counted, stripped yellow whistles, wrapped yellow whistles and yellow whistle fishes do not be counted, therefore you should not combine these special whistles with colour bomb or colouring candy.
But in Candy Crush, summer cup, normal blue candies and special blue candies have been counted.
It seems everyone's experience is a little different.
All I can say is that King's games aren't very friendly to top players.

For a limited time of 3 days, you can play back levels, but you must complete them.
Collect fish (crafting and using fish works, "Color Bombs + Fish" and "Colored Candy + Fish" also work).
Once you've reached the target, have the bear climb the 17 levels. Each level has different rewards. After completing the mission, click the bear climbing icon to automatically claim all available rewards.

But I think that this event only allows you to collect green candy from previous levels. There are events where I could not do that. I do not know why. Only from new levels.
I never forget to claim my rewards, but my Bear Climb often has finished some tiers when the next Bear Climb appears, this situation has happened on my other teammates too.
Therefore I guess some extra green candies have been saved after we completed the Bear Climb within the limited timeframe.

Time is based on Taiwan time.
Bear Climb: (Playable Offline)
From 3 PM Monday to 3 PM Friday, for a limited time of four days, you can play the old level, Level 464 (Michimune suggested it, thanks!). You must complete it.
Collect green candies to help the bear climb. Each level offers different rewards, for a total of 40 levels.
After completing the tasks, click the Bear Climb icon to automatically claim all available rewards.
Play Level 464 several times until the counter reaches 40, completing all the tasks. Then, claim all the rewards (5 limited-time boosters) again when you want to play a new level.
Additional Note:
If you forget to claim your rewards, you will keep the rewards from the first 15 levels when the next Bear Climb appears.
Why do I know this? Because I’m a fool, I forget to claim. hahahaha!

I concur. I had those "horrible" competitors two weeks ago that kept going higher and higher. Lost it, gave it all up for a week and this week competitors are much much more reasonable. I will not pursue them though: if I need to play, I play. If not, I don't. After some time in those games, you get wise 🧘♀️😁

This was the case at CCS, where I had a top 3 finish last week.

The higher the winning streak, the higher the difficulty.
This is what happened after I won several consecutive grand prizes in the weekly competitions at FHS.
The first place winner completed 234 levels in one day, hahahahahahaha.
After watching it, I didn't want to participate in the competition.
Based on Christine's post and my own experience, I'd venture a guess: those characters aren't real, but rather a form of pressure placed on players by the game, with a set number of levels set. Only by completing a certain number of levels can you claim the championship. As you win more championships, you're moved to a more difficult group. After a week of rest and no wins, you'll notice the difficulty has decreased. Soda and FHS also have the same pattern.
I will free myself by playing new levels, a bit later. No need to spend gold bars dear @teeweiping

I am so disdisappointed in this game now. You report an issue and the onus is all on you to prove it. They make it so difficult tto resolve you givgive up. Tired of being ripped and paying for it. Game is too hard to play now without paying and then you get screwed. Thanks king and your ai bs.
