[Fixed ✅] Can't connect to account

Hey there,

We've seen a few posts here regarding players not being able to connect to their accounts in their game. This is currently being investigated by the studio, and a fix is expected to be implemented shortly.

How the problem is shown

Can't login to the account in-game
The store items shows as "Connecting…"
Suddenly the progress in the game is removed

This thread will be used to communicate once that happens!

Why can’t I connect to Candy Crush Soda on any of my devices I keep getting messages saying it can’t connect I have tried clearing the cache restarting my phone and all the other suggestions on the forum I do not want to uninstall because I am very far in the game and I have tons of boosters I worked hard to get Any suggestions? Many cartoon avatars have been changed to photos today. It's like a magic in Cinderella, a pig 🐷becomes a lady, an onion becomes a lady, a frog etc. I think some changes have been happening in King's servers right now. Perhaps this is the reason of your connection issue to their servers 😔

This is the second week I can't play because candy-crush-soda-saga will not connect to the Internet. I had one day where everything worked fine until the next day. On numerous occasions I have contacted support and received the same suggestions, nothing has worked. This has happened since the the introduction of the new navigation bar which I didn't want. I know it's not my end because everything else works fine on the Internet, so could you please contact the studio and tell them that changes aren't always the best

Anybody gelp me please cannot connect to Internet on candy crush soda saga tried everything to no avail.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
