my computer crashed and i was at level2750 i do not want to start again. how do i find my old account

To find your old Candy Crush Soda Saga account after your computer crashed, reinstall the game and connect it to the same Facebook or King account you used to save your progress. If you don't remember which account you used or can't connect, go to the game's Settings, then Help Center, select the "Contact us" option, and email player support, making sure to mention you were on level 2750. Reinstall the Game: Download and install Candy Crush Soda Saga on your new computer from your preferred app store.
Connect to Your Account: Facebook: When you open the game, look for a blue button to "Continue with Facebook" or "Connect with Facebook". King Account: If you used a King profile, go to the in-game settings and tap the King icon to log in with the email and password you used to create it.
Automatic Progress Restoration: If your game was properly linked to your Facebook or King account, your progress and level 2750 will automatically appear once you're logged in.
