Can you send me a valid contact at King to file a complaint against one of your Customer Support Agents named Erik? I have tried to work with him in the past and get nothing but "air" as a response. I should have received a reward for winning the Weekly Contest 3 weeks in a row but it did not show up. Once again, Erik said if I did not have a screenshot of what I won he could not help me. That is a worthless answer. This is his standard response to everything. Please send a valid contact. Thank you.
