I bought in a store an item. I didn't receive it. As I want to buy another, it gives me an error, that I already have the item.

If Candy Crush Soda store not working, please check your internet connection, ensure your game and device are updated, free up at least 2GB of device memory, and clear the game's cache in your device's settings. If the issue persists, try restarting your device, re-installing the game, or contacting King Support for further assistance.
Basic Troubleshooting
1. Restart your device:
Force close all other apps and restart your phone to clear temporary glitches.
2. Check your internet connection:
Ensure you are connected to a stable WiFi network, as cellular data can sometimes be unreliable for online games.
3. Update your apps and device:
Make sure you have the latest version of Candy Crush Soda and your device's operating system.
4. Free up storage space:
King recommends having at least 2GB of free memory on your device for smooth gameplay.
5. Clear the game's cache:
On Android: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache (do not clear data).
On iOS: Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
