why does candy crush soda keep shutting down

Does no one ever respond to tech questions??? I have sent 2 emails to King with no response and have put my question on here 2 days ago with no replies. I have the game on my galaxy tab 3 and it keeps shutting down. Up until 4 days ago I didn't have any problems. When this started I uninstalled the game then tried to reinstall it but it would not let me reinstall from the Google store. It eat coming up error 492. Finally yesterday it allowed me to reinstall it but it keeps shutting down again. Also when I try to connect it to Facebook the keyboard option won't come up to allow me to input my email and password and this only happens with anything connected to the king site. I had to go onto my phone to send this message also. Where do I need to go to get help with this issue????

Sounds more like a memory issue to me as apparently you not only have trouble with games, but also with sites, like Facebook and King. Try what I answered on your original post, that should do the trick.

How much free memory is needed? My candy crush also does this and it has reached the point where it crashes after every other game, if not every game. I have 1.1 GB free on my phone, so I have my doubts that it is a memory issue. I play candy crush saga and candy crush soda on my phone. I have no problems with saga but on soda it won't sign in with Facebook and I get a internet connection error when I try to sign in with my king account. It's been that way for about three weeks now. What's going on?
