Recently, I updated the game to the latest version and began experiencing frequent lagging issues. To resolve this, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. However, when I tried to log back into my King account, I was unable to do so as my password was not accepted.
I attempted to reset my password, but I did not receive any email to my registered email address. I also tried logging in with my Apple ID, which uses the same email address, but this resulted in the creation of a new King account instead of restoring my original account.
My original Candy Crush Saga account was at approximately level 4900, and I have made numerous in-game purchases over time. I am deeply concerned about losing all my progress and the items I purchased.
I have already tried contacting support but have not received any response. What should I do?
