I have been having a problem with getting a refund. I was overcharged 4 TIMES at 19.99 each on November 3rd.. They keep asking for the same information over and over again. From didifferent people. I am so disdisappointed in this game now. You report an issue and the onus is all on you to prove it. They make it so difficult tto resolve you givgive up. Tired of being ripped and paying for it. Game is too hard to play now without paying and then you get screwed. Thanks king and your ai bs.
