Game is rigged and definetiy too hard to play

I am so disdisappointed in this game now. You report an issue and the onus is all on you to prove it. They make it so difficult tto resolve you givgive up. Tired of being ripped and paying for it. Game is too hard to play now without paying and then you get screwed. Thanks king and your ai bs.

Here’s one - I purchased a golden ticket booster package last month but was unable to use it because the site keep freezing up. I reported the issue and requested reimbursement for the $4.99 I had spent, but all “customer care” could do was send me a list of reasons why my game could be crashing. I checked the possible fixes they recommended, but it did not help and the money was wasted. Repeated requests seeking reimbursement have been ignored. The term “customer care” is a joke. If this is the way you treat customers who make regular purchases, I will be deleting my account
