Ads not working

Hi, I’m getting an error message when trying to play an ad: “Ad interrupted”. The ad never started to play and I didn’t touch the screen, ie., try to exit early. This message pops up immediately after I hit the play button for an ad and has been happening on and off tonight. So, no boosters. It’s very frustrating. Are you aware of this problem?

If ads aren't working in Candy Crush Soda Saga, try updating the app, clearing the cache, checking your internet/VPN/ad-blocker settings, ensuring enough device storage (2GB+), restarting the device, and logging out/in of your King account; ads are often test features, so they may not always be available, but persistent issues can be reported to King support.

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
