Game keeps spinning after I win the game

Won a game , it keeps cycling won't move on to next game. Won't show I won the game. Count down on moves still showing same amount

Here’s what’s usually going on and what you can try:

Why it happens

Most of the time, Candy Crush gets “stuck” trying to:

Sync your win with the server (especially if your internet hiccups)
Load ads or rewards after the level
Process boosters or gold bars you earned
Deal with a temporary app glitch after an update

So the game knows you won, but it can’t finish the “you won!” screen.

Things that usually fix it

Try these in order (you don’t have to do all of them):

Check your internet
- Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data
- Make sure the signal is strong
Force close the app
- Swipe Candy Crush completely closed
- Reopen it and see if the level counted (often it does!)
Restart your device
- Classic, but surprisingly effective for this exact issue
Update Candy Crush
- Go to the App Store / Google Play
- This bug pops up a lot right before or after updates
Clear cache (Android only)
- Settings → Apps → Candy Crush → Storage → Clear Cache
  (Don’t clear data unless you’re logged in with Facebook/King account.)
Log in to your account
- Make sure you’re connected to Facebook or a King account so progress syncs properly

Important tip

If you see this happen repeatedly on the same level, stop playing it for a bit. Replaying while it’s glitching can sometimes:

Cost you lives
Not save progress
Eat boosters 😬
