There are two confirmed payments and no delivered rewards. This is not a user-side problem, and these generic instructions are irrelevant.

Restart the game and check your inventory. Log out and log back into your account. Check Google Play purchase history for pending or unauthorized purchases. Cancel any pending purchases. Restart the game again. If unresolved, contact support with your Google Play order receipt and order number.
