wake up, Mr Stupid has been here for a month. I was lucky, never got him and got the quests back a few days ago.
I hate Mr Stupid from what I have read, don't want to know anything more about the idea, which is just made out of greed.
Since I got the quests back, I've been trying to use them as much as possible and pass levels.
I have noticed many levels are just impossible without the boosters they give you. Unless, of course, you buy them...
I'm at level 2199. I play on my android phone, and my ID is 2131099902
Actually, Facebook glitches did not affect the game, but I incorrectly linked the 2 events. If we had been warned, if Activision ha said something...
I totally disapprove of changing such an iconic game for the love of money. So far, those who did not get the quests back are uninstalling the app.
Can you think of Hasbro changing the scrabble rules? or Parker the monopoly ones?
I had plenty of double fish, etc.... all gone, except what I've been able to gather in the past month. Thanks if you can do something.

@Pummy_Raj that’s great news although I am still mourning the boosters that I lost (insert sad face here). Is there any way of getting something, anything back? Anyways thanks for your reply.

1) Actually, the reason why your "Quests" were disappeared is because you will be receiving a new feature called "Mr. Toffee's feature". It is almost same as Quests but you will be playing with 2 other players in your team. It can be both positive and negative.... but completely depends on the team you receive. I am neither liking it nor disliking it

So, coming back to your issue, you should see this new feature within next week in your game

2) Yes, Facebook was having glitches / issues which is affecting all our games. There was issue with sending lives for couple of days in all of the games!!! I would recommend you to connect to Kingdom account -- Whenever there are issues with the Facebook, you will simply continue to play with your King account;

3) Unfortunately, that is the minus point with the re-installation of our game Apps. We never know when our games will collapse/crash on mobile devices OR change the device, etc., for any specific reason. But, all these reasons cause us to loose our stored up boosters

That is the reason, King team suggest us not to store too many boosters on the Mobile devices as they are not replaceable!!!

Let me talk to the Community Manager about it. But, I will not be able to promise anything though!! As it is completely up to them and the King team to decide whether to compensate or not!! Can you please tell me which level are you on now? Also, what device are you playing and what is your King game user ID? @Pummy_Raj well hello again. Just played a few levels, old and new (see pics), on the PC and went back playing on my iPhone to no avail, still getting that message. Any news on “stritz” if it is legit or not? Thanks for your pacience!

@Pummy_Raj the Facebook app was installed when I tried to log in to the game. I play the game only on my iPhone using my Facebook account to log in, never synced with king.com that I aware of and it is been quite a while (ages actually) since I used the PC for anything. I will look into your suggestions sometime this week, meanwhile could you check with support if stritz is legit? Many thanks

There have been many changes with the Facebook.... it is very confusing for us

Can you please provide all the needed details I have asked above? I will contact the Community Manager after you give me those details as they are very helpful for the King Team to look into the issue!

** You have mentioned above that you deleted both the Facebook App and the Game App. When you were trying to re-install the game, did you already download the FB App? If not, that could be one of the issues you are seeing that "stritz" message (just a thought)!

In the mean time, try these....
1) First, delete the game App again. If the Facebook App is not there, down load it now and log in;

1) Close down all the Apps on your phone, clear the cache & some storage space, then shut-down your phone;

2) Log into your Facebook account on your PC and try to open Candy Soda game on it. The Apps are gone only on your mobile phone. Both the FB account as well as the Game App will be intact on the PC. So, try there and play few levels (old or new);

3) Now, restart your phone... go to the App store and download the Candy Soda App now. Since you are already logged into Facebook App, you should be asked for "permission" (it can vary from device to device)!! "Accept" or "Continue", then you should be all set!!

Please try these and let me know if it worked. If not, please post back with above details by tagging me.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue in your game and you had to reinstall the game

Usually, the re-installation should resolve all the issues, not sure why it didn't for you!!

Unfortunately, we do loose all our saved up boosters and lives with the Re-installation, because all those goodies are saved up to the device but not on the game App (like Gold Bars)!!

Thank you for providing your device details. Did you play only through Facebook OR did you sync the game to Kingdom account also?

Will it be possible for to you post a screenshot of the issue? Also a pic of where it is asking to "Share the information about you". The team can check it and inform you if it is legit or not!!
