Hey again @victor61, I advice that you reach out to the Support in game for this, as Alex mentioned earlier, from what we can see it seems like there's a mismatch in terms of the account (it could be a spelling error or a similar email address).
If you can reach out to Support with anything like screenshots of the game, or any purchases connected to the account - then it should be possible to help you get back to where you were in the game previously.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues logging into your account on Windows. Regarding the Facebook login on Windows, I confirm the issue remains as our team still hasn't found a fix for it, my apologies for that.
As for your attempts logging through King and the "mismatch" error you received, I deleted the SS you shared due to privacy issues so you can be protected, however I looked up the email address on our database before doing so, and an account showed up. But this account never had any activity for Candy Crush Soda Saga. And in fact, it hasn't been used since 2014 in Candy Crush Saga and is only level 2.
Is it possible you're using the wrong email address to login with the King method?

Yes, I'm playing the Windows version. When I try to connect to Facebook, I get a connection error message. If I try to connect through a King account, I get a message about an email and password mismatch. I've attached screenshots below.

Hey there @victor61, are you getting any error messages or anything when you're trying to connect your account? From your description I assume you're playing the Windows version of Soda.

It's good to check that you don't have any pending updates for Soda as well, just in case!
