I have already read the way to supposedly transfer your game from one phone to another, but nothing I have tried works. I am still stuck at level one on my new phone. Support has been no help. They keep redirecting me to the forums.
Hi my friend if you had not previously saved your progress this will be why it hasn't transferred to your new device
However if you was saving your progress please try the following it should retrieve your levels 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I am just going to give up. I keep getting sent to the same page to try the same things that have not worked. My game progress will not transfer from my old phone to my new phone. I thought support was supposed to get back your levels. I guess not. Sigh.
