Level 10494 in candy crush soda saga

Level 10494 is glitched(hopefully) on just continuously blowing up. After 20 mins of this, I had to close down my tablet. Its been 3 days now and every time I open that level to play, I make ONE move and it starts the continuous blowing up. As the level will not allow me to participate, I am obviously stuck! Anyone else experience this?

Thanks for replying, but its the game play with the black colours that match and blow up the board(which is a good thing in other levels), is on a continuous loop. After about 20 mins it might stop, but once I make another move, it starts all over. Its pretty to watch, but cannot move on. Please check out that level before assuming I should do the above stated by you again.

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
