I can’t earn any extra gold bars by playing the video in the daily treats section. It just says “oops video will not play” every time I try to watch. How can this issue be resolved?

A lot of us have been complaining about this for at least a week. They removed all ads for moves, lowered the moves for every level to a maximum of 15 and taken away the daily freebie booster.
A few days before this started, I read an article stating that Xbox (owners of King) have to lay off 3000 people because they don't seem to understand that WE ARE THEIR CUSTOMER BASE and not mindless automatons who will just continue to buy the slop the put out at ever increasing prices.
The game is rigged, and it's just not fun anymore.
I tried the things suggested to resolve the problem and none of them worked. What now? I have no way to earn extra gold bars
@MasterNoob y'all need to get your stories straight when you lie to us, because I reported the SAME ISSUE 3 days ago and was told that "ads are fun bonus features". I wasn't given any tips on alleviating the situation.
Y'all need to stop playin. You're just trying to force microtransactions to accommodate your poor business model.

Hi my friend sorry to hear this it can sometimes an issue within the game. Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓 Force close apps and restart your device. Check that you have the latest game and device updates You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
