why am I unable to see old levels? I’m stuck on an island until new levels are released on Friday. VERY FRUSTRATED!

Thus, I will not progress any new levels during the test. This is not Royal Match.
King games! Bring back being able to see previously played levels. End this test of being stranded on an island now! Please! This makes the user experience so much worse.
Hi Naia, thank you for your feedback. The team and I are already discussing how to improve the player experience but right now we are testing removal of replaying levels. But rest assured, we really value the feedback and it will help shape our plans going forward. Are you at end of content or why are you stuck on the island? We'd love to investigate this issue further - but to do so it would be really helpful if you could help us get your player ID. It's a unique number available in your game, you can find out how to find it in this article. If possible, could you please share the ID here? It's not any secret information, it just helps us troubleshoot what might be going on in your game 😊
Claudia, I did open the app through the AppStore, no changes. Will just wait for new levels tomorrow. Glad this happened today and not earlier in the week.
Sometimes the app store just says "open" but it actually updates the game. Try that and I will look with the team if the bug is still there. We managed to confirm on the new version that it is fixed, but your finding here helps us triple-check :)
There is no update for my game in the App Store. Closed app, reloaded and still no mastery levels, nothing.
Hi SimonKarla, congrats on being end of content! If you update your app version this mastery levels bug should be fixed. Could you please try and go to the app store to manually download the new version and see if that helps?
I too am at a standstill! No mastery levels, nothing! Have to wait until tomorrow, Friday to play. Why aren’t there any new mastery levels? Since updating game with the bears on islands, I am stuck. What is going on? I’m on level 19,871.

We are currently testing a new experience in the game without replaying of old levels. Thank you for the feedback, I promise you that the team and I are already looking into how to improve this experience, but for now this new version is what we are testing in the game. I assure you we are always looking into how to improve the player experience, so your voice is being heard. Congratulations on being at the end of content! You should have mastery levels available to play through the "mastery door" :)
