Why am I not receiving my extra moves after watching ad?

After I watch the ads for extra help the screen goes black and I have to close out the game and start over. Therefore losing my extra moves to pass the board. It has happened 4 times today.

    having the same problem as clking2228 since the newest update...if you watch the complete looooooong ad it won't go black and force a reboot, but if you select "skip ad" the screen turns black and you have to reboot the whole computer. Should be a quick easy update??!!
