black screen after watching commercial video for a booster on my iPhone with Candy Crush Soda

I am having the same issue as JetKuil-Snaterse which he descdribed in another thread and posted screen grabs. I am at level 1792 and it has been going on for a week or two now. I might get the booster a few times before the black screen problem occurs. I read somewhere in this board that events are saved on the device and not to let them accumulate, but i cannot find any saved events.

I’m having these same issues with my screen going black after skipping an ad. Has anyone got an answer? It’s been happening a couple days and I haven’t done my phone update yet because that just came up this morning.

I have the same problem on my iPad 5th Gen version 12.3.1.
i’ve updated the OS and still same thing. Black screen after watching ad and no booster

Having same problem for a couple days, some commercials are fine others go on forever and when you get to skip ad it is blacked out screen and have to close out of game
