Keep getting this message. Account correct in iTunes

@atasteofdfwbowling - Welcome to our wonderful community. When I get that message it usually means the game doesn't have a good internet connection (even if I know there is one). I usually check my connection (even potentially sign out and back in to WiFi) and if necessary exit the game and come back into it again (of course that means you will lose that level if you needed the boosters/gold to complete the level). If that isn't the problem then we will have to do some further troubleshooting. Are you playing on a mobile device or PC (I play on mobile devices with WiFi).0

Thanks for assistance. I’ve turned WiFi off and on again; rebooted my phone; checking the settings in iTunes; and deleted and reloaded the game but still get the message.0

Wow - sorry to hear you are still having the same problem with your phone. Just a few additional questions, are you playing via Android or IOS and via king.com or FB?
