Glitch prevented me from advancing to a new stage

I am in level 2260, and I finished stages one and two with 35 or 36 moves left for stage three, and it would not advance to stage three no matter what I did. I combined two color bombs, and it still would not advance (the three bears would not rise to stage three). I wasted 36 moves trying to get it to advance. If I'd had 36 moves to use in stage three I easily would have passed this level. So I am extremely frustrated, as I would have advanced if not for this glitch, and this is a difficult level. Does customer support ever respond and resolve these types of issues?

Did my response disappear? I started taking screenshots when I had 23 moves left because I realized something was wrong.

Here it is two moves later, still stuck on stage two despite the bears being at the very top.

I would match fish, and they would just eat random candies and not help me advance.

After wasting 21 moves on this stage and not advancing, I matched two color bombs, and it still did nothing.

Here are screenshots. As you can see, I started taking a screenshot when I had 23 moves left and realized something was wrong. 21 moves later I was still stuck on stage two, and I even matched a color bomb and still did not advance! You can see in one of the screenshots that the fish just got rid of random candies on the bottom.

Hi both,

There is no glitch with this level as far as we are aware of. I just tried it myself and could pass the level. If you can show a screenshot with the glitch you refer to, we will be able to assist. But we have no reports from any other player, and we just tried the level in different devices and no issues passing from one stage to another until completion of the level.

Thanks, but tips are not useful. Is there no place to report a glitch and get this resolved? I am not going to continue to play a level that I would have 100% won if not for a glitch. I have screenshots showing the glitch.
