Why does my Daily Bonus go back to Day 1

This has happened several times when I reach about 63 I go back to day 1. I realize that you have to play every day which I have been doing it is only 5:40 pm and I was at 63 now I’m back to Day 1. Can I ask why I thought a day was 24 hrs. Please help

I am sorry to hear that your Daily Bonus is resetting often!! Would you mind if I ask you few questions.....
1) From how long are you playing the game?
2) What device are you using and are you logged in through Facebook OR King account?
3) You said it happened several times -- all the times it went back to day 1, did it happen on it's own OR was there times you too forgot to log-in?
