    Hey @helmad,

    I'm sorry this happened to you. I need more information though in order to track this. I need to know how many gold bars you claim disappeared and when was it. The vast majority of times is players mis-clicking and spending gold bars accidentally (which we cannot revert), but in order to see what happened in your case, I would need that information.

    Thanks for your reply. I had about 19 gold bars and I don't believe I clicked on anything before. (It did happen to me before, sometimes it really goes too fast)

    Looking at your game records we can't find the amount of 19 Gold bars in your game so are you sure you have the right game?

    You posted here on June 18 and our system shows that in this time period, your game had 10 Gold bars which got used to purchase extra moves while on level 2568 leaving your with 0 Gold bar.

    You then earned 5 Gold bars from Episode Race on     20/06/19, 13:46:06 and another 5 Gold bars on 21/06/19, 20:28:36 giving you a new total of 10 Gold bars which got used to purchase extra moves while on level 2611 leaving you with 0 again.

    Since then, you have earned some more Gold bars and on     02/07/19, 16:43:27, 10 Gold bars was used for extra moves on level 2674 and now you should have a total of 5 Gold bars left in your game.

    Does this sound familiar?

    Yes i accidently pressed the wrong button again unfortunately. But before that i had more gold bars and they were gone. Its pretty hard to earn them and way too easy to loose them.
