Candy Crush purchase issue

Using my kindle fire, I attempted three times to purchase items from Candy Crush Saga. My fire screen accepted the purchase, but then my screen went black. I had to exit the game and re-enter it. When I did so, I had not been credited with the additional items (extra moves, etc.) but had been charged the $1.99 per purchase for three purchases. How can I obtain credit for this, either by King.com granting me the total of 15 moves I have purchased, or refunding a total of $5.97 that I've been charged? Thank you.
