Problem gold bars

I made a purchase on gold bars yesterday had almost 90 reais in bars and today everything has disappeared. what happened? I want the refund of my bars or extort the purchase on my credit card because if it is not possible to cancel the purchase with the operator of my card. awaiting return. thank you.
