Screen goes black after an ad

this will be the third time my iPhone X screen goes black after watching an ad for bonuses, I have to go out of the game and lost that turn and reward. Twice before I was told to delete and add the app again and both times I lost all my levels and everything and had to start over, even with being logged in and on FB.
