i’m not receiving my 30 min booster

i got my daily booster as usual, then when i’m playing, i was supposed to win this 30 min boosters (double fish, color bomb, etc..) and it disappears like i haven’t won anything. this has been happening for a while now

Thanks for your response @mandivarella. You should never lose your gold bars. Since you wrote this message a couple of days ago, have you seen the gold bars back yet? If not, please let me know and I can direct you further.

hi! i play it on my phone (iphone). that’s the only device i play in. plus, yesterday i had 36 gold bars, and today i have none. thank you for your help!
