I can’t get play bubble gum hill because all the levels are covered and I’m not the king

Where are you guys playing the game?  Computer? Mobile? king.com?  Could you possibly do a print screen so we can get a better idea of what you are seeing?  There are a lot of glitches going on this weekend so please give me more information.
