What is going on with Candy Crush Soda Saga! It's been over a week without being able to play!

I am still unable to play.  I followed your instructions on "browser".  My browser is up to date, my Flash player is up to date, I've cleared my cache and still can't play!  If there is no answer today I am giving up and erasing the game, and quit playing.  This all seems to have started with the new hoops we have to jump through to play the game.  I don't need all this aggravation just to play a relaxing game, which, now, won't even let me play. 

Do you have a fix?  Is it FB's problem?  Will you give those of us who still can't play a straight answer?  We are tired of being ignored.
