I purchased the $22.99 package which includes 2 hours of unlimited lives, but I didn't get the lives

I have also purchased the 6.99 special package a few times in the past and not received my unlimited lives. What's up?

  I purchased goodies set from yummylicious. Received the boosters but didn’t get the lives for 2 hours as supposed to. Never had this problem before.
