Hello @debbielou, Hope you are finding answers for your questions and having fun in the Community   

First of all, Congratulations for being one of the top players in Soda Saga (claps claps)!  How long ago did you finish the last episode?    

The Paint can and Brush represent that the new levels are under construction.  You should see them soon   
While waiting, may you an go back and earn 3 stars on those levels in which you didn't have!!  I will post back if I find out a release date for the new levels!
