Thanks for tagging me @Foley1362. Yes it is a known glitch and the studio is working on it. Last I heard I think it might have something to do with Facebook but no resolution yet.

Hi @jeanmorgan & @justpam - is that an error message from CC Saga? Doesn’t look like a Friends message. Since this is a Win10 issue I’m also going to tag my friend @Elsa who is good with those types of questions.

Same here and have refreshed, gone off the game and came back on still loose what I have completed. I am on level 636
