beat a super hard level then the game said difficulties said sorry and shut down

beat a super hard level then the game said difficulties shut down and is making me repeat the level,this isnt the first time candy crush soda had done this to me,usually i restart the game and it will go unto the next levelafter I have beat the previous but this is really annoying knowing I beat the level,yet i have to play it again level 165
