level 1745 constantly crashes

Level 2

It's been crashing with oops message "we're trying to fix error".  Come on nerds, fix it already.

    I keep getting this same message. I have completed the same level so many times. Please fix this. I love playing this game, but I am getting so tired of completing the same level over and over. Please compensate me for my troubles. This is not the first time I have complained about the same issue. I have cleared my cache and everything and still the same problem.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having in your game!!  This is a known issue and some of the players are having this for unknown reasons!!  The King Studio is working their best!!  I think it's taking a bit more than usual to fix this :( 

    Can you both please post below details, so that the Community Manager can escalate it to the King Studio team?

    1) The device you are using to play the game;
    2) What level are you playing;
    3) Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account;
    4) Your game user ID number.. you can find it through this link  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/247075/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it/p1?new=1

    ** If you are logged into the game ONLY through Facebook, please let me know as the above link does not work to find your ID number.

    And the game is still crashing.
