    Ok guys, it's time to elevate it to @Xarly who is the Community Manager for the game.  I don't know if he will have the answer but I want him to see your messages.  I have a feeling this is another Facebook glitch.  You guys have tried everything!  He is gone for the day so hopefully he should see it tomorrow when he is back in the office.

    I am having the same problem (not able to run game Facebook). I am not running the game on king.com. Game is still active & I am on the beginning screen , unable to click the candy cane bridge . Early 2015   13 Inch MacBook Pro.

    Hi: Sorry, I work so just back, still no game, playing through Facebook, screen shows up, at the level, but nothing else, cannot enter a level, no lives, no bars...

    Hi all,

    I'm sorry this has been happening to you all but we appreciate you all trying to fix it. It seems, given all the troubleshooting that our awesome superstars walked you through, that the issue is sitting on Facebook's or our side. We are going to investigate it all and hopefully come back soon with an answer. This has been escalated but given that it's on Facebook (which implies we need to work together with them to identify it) it could take sadly a bit of time.

    We'll do our best to have it fixed and will try to keep you updated with any new information.

    Nope I have not been able to load game properly for at last same amount of time . Don't know what gives with it .
