Have you tried disconnecting the game app from Facebook/Kin account and see if that helps? If not, you might have to reinstall the game app and try connecting your game app again. 

Note that, you will lose any saved boosters and lives, it will reset your Daily Bonus streak and will only be able to keep your game progress and Gold bars.
