Win 10 user, level 1951. Don't have soda bottles, instead the two blue candies on outside boxes. I create fist to eat them, stripped candy smash them nothing happens or fish go after random candies. can't seem collect enough pass level..

Are you trying to build up the turtle and then use it to get rid of the dark blue? Here is a video:
