Yes they are both turned off on the main settings screen.0

It doesn’t allow me to tap twice. I tap it once and it goes right into my name and my picture. No matter how fast or slow I try to tap it only lets me do it once0

I think @mislin is having the issue where the sound gets activated right after watching an ad. This has now been reported and the Studio is looking in to this.
In the meantime, just turn the sound off when you get back to the level, I know it's not ideal but it is a workaround 😉
