Completed a line of 4 ticks but no prize was awarded. Have to continue playing other boxes, which I can't since I reached my limit for today.

Hi @miss76 - welcome to our friendly community. Sorry to hear this happened. Can you provide a screenshot of the board? Also please note only straight lines qualify. If you completed a diagonal line that does not work to achieve the team prize.

@Foley1362, thank you for the reply. It is in fact a diagonal line. I will avoid those lines from now on.

@miss76 happy to help. Also when you click on a box it should highlight the corresponding vertical & horizontal lines for future reference.
