Candy Crush Soda Saga 1718 is totally unplayable. Over 400 attempts and yet closest i have got is 4/7. This has to be a fault.

I checked that level on YouTube (2017 vid) and as a total outsider, I can say you probably have to wait for those dark purple (?) colored candies to be able to connect five in a row. That clears the whole board and is a big help. I know it takes a long time to have 5 in a row but patience is everything

Thanks for the reply, but I have had 5 purples about 6 times, usually in the last few moves, so no help to me. This is a so called easy level., 28th, No joy whatsoever the level 1718 has clearly got a lock on it to prevent any progress, please will someone from King get in touch to resolve this level.0
