last weekend I bought a booster pack to play bubblegum hill. I have previously suspected that my boosters and gold were disappearing but now I know they were. I had 72 hours of boosters and suddenly during play, I lost 20 hours of time, I had only played for a couple of hours. Then I noticed my gold amount was going down despite not using it, by the way, I didn't need to use gold as I had full boosters. after that, the last 2 times I played bubblegum hill I never got my gold that I won during my reign. What the heck is going on> I am now trying to play level 2772 on soda crush without boosters, which by the way is impossible even with a full booster pack. Sort this out King, I will be deleting this game off my PC unless you do, I've wasted many hundreds of pounds on playing something that is a complete fix

    I spent 16.00 to have 24 hours of booster..I had to sign out and when I signed back in I lost one of my booster...I love the game but I am losing out of money.. Please tell me what happened the my ball booster...thank you

    Hi @wilson42445 sadly for us King don't care that we've spent out hard earned money to buy boosters and they've taken them off us. I have lost a lot and gold too but I'm still waiting for a response even though @BeckyBubblegum tagged @Xarly who is apparently a community manager to sort this issue out for me but I'm still waiting. I will be deleting this game off my PC if it doesn't get sorted, it's daylight robbery

    Here to assist. I'd like to first remember everyone that there's humans on the other side of your screens. As such, we need to rest, we need to recharge and we also have plenty of other tasks apart from this in order to help King and the Community. Nobody here is trying to rob, we are just trying to get time to also live our own lives. A good work/life balance is essential in order for us to do a good job. Hope you can understand that

    @Xarly it might be a good idea then if players are not wound up by being told that managers are not available at the busiest playing time i.e weekends which is the reason why you load Bubblegum hill on the weekends is it not?
