How can I restore all my lost progress, for no apparent reason most of my levels and all my boosters disappeared

    First my progress disappeared after update, dropping me over 1000 levels and now the gift boxes disappear each time I get to them. What is going on

    Hi @kathbradfish - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry you’ve experienced this issue. Have you synced your game thru FB or King.com? 

    Have you changed your PW recently? Your progress should never reset 1000 levels if it’s properly synced to one of the two.

    Lastly can you provide a screenshot of the gift boxes you are referring to using the mountain 🏔 icon below to add it?  I believe you are referring to an older part of the game but would like to see what you have to make sure.
