That's the level it started with for me also, I have tablets that I use also and the tablets work fine.

@Kathy_Johnson-3, are you at level 3581? For me, the older levels of CC Soda (3580 etc) are loading just fine, this problem starts with 3581 for me. Seems a bug when the new episode (levels 3581-3595) was introduced on Friday..

Been having the same issue since Friday morning, must be connection between facebook and king for candy crush soda only since candy crush saga is working fine.

Candy Crush Soda when loading level 3581 reports "Go online to download episodes", even though my computer is online, and all online functions, including other CC games, are working properly. I am running Win7-32bit/Facebook but same problem on Win10-64bit, and after clearing cache. Pls fix thks...

I am having the same issue. I can still play, but don’t have connection for extra turns, daily boosters, etc. I am afraid to uninstall! This happened when I followed the prompts to create a King account, but I already had one, so I just logged in instead- and now can’t connect. I don’t want to lose progress or boosters! Is this the only solution?

If I haven’t backed up, I will be back to level 1? I can’t sign in to back up

OK now reinstalling worked and didn’t lose my place once signing in with King login.

I’m having the exact same issue. None of the solutions above work. I started having problems right after I created a King account instead of login in with Facebook. I can login to other King games using the king sign in, but not candy crush. This is may be an issue with your system so reloading and disabling is not going to work.

yes it is working again but players should not have to delete and reinstall a game for it to work properly, this is the first time I’ve had to do that to play a game. Any updates etc that is done should not have caused these problems and your programmers should’ve been able to fix it

@orientalmask, you just confirmed what other players have confirmed that if you uninstall and reinstall the game it starts working again. Unfortunately, by doing this you lose all lives and boosters but at least you get to play the game again.

Not sure if QueenB did anything ‘behind the scenes’ as I never said when I was deleting or reinstalling the game. However, deleting and reinstalling did seem to do the trick. Just be patient after reinstalling as it still took several minutes for everything to be back to normal. It started me out on level one again with an error connection again but then it started working again

I did clear the cache and then deleted the game and reinstalled it. However, it’s still saying there’s a connection error when I try to log in. I was at level 2703 😡 am I going to get all my boosters back.

@orientalmask, that's no problem if you don't use Facebook but did you still clear the Safari cache?

This part connects to the iTunes Store so there might be a bug that is stopping this. If you have tried it, then the next steps is to reinstall the game app.

If you haven't deleted the game app yet, can you try out the following on your Apple device first and see if it helps?

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

Is it a general problem or does it need an individual fix?

Since it's working on the phones and tablets I think one of the developers forgot to connect the pc version. Their quality control is going down hill faster and faster.

I passed level 3581 on my phone. In Facebook, my icon moved to level 3582. But I still can't load level 3581 and level 3582 (same error: can't connect...), even though I can load level 3580. So this is definitely a bug with Facebook for the new episodes (3581-3595) added last Friday. Pls fix!!
